Apparently, this year really is the year of mobile. As so many of our DMO and CVB peers scramble to get anything, and in most cases everything, into an app they are forgetting a key consideration.

Visit Sweden has gone social. Really social. Rather than continue the pattern of boring tweets and wall posts about the weather, the Swedes have turned their Twitter account over to regular Swedish citizens.
