As an internationally recognized tourism destination, Niagara Falls was facing a unique challenge. How do you educate, inform and inspire potential visitors about not only the falls, but the other amenities within the area?

Our role was to provide destination marketing expertise and a critical eye on the direction of the brand development. The resulting brand book went well beyond the standard logo and graphics, presenting Niagara Falls Tourism with a blueprint for brand, structural and promotional strategy.
