The Sonoma County Tourism Bureau asked us to evaluate nearly everything on the digital side of the business…vendors, employees, tactics, strategy…with the goal of developing a comprehensive strategic blueprint for the bureau.
The audit revealed some knowns and some unknowns, while causing the bureau to ask critical questions of themselves and their vendors.
